Shipping policy

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 15:00 will be dispatched the same day! Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

€4.90 for orders in the Netherlands that fit through the letterbox.
Free for orders from €50. Outside the Netherlands from €9.50

Delivery is made via the postman or parcel delivery service of Post-NL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Shipping to Germany takes up about 2-3 working days and is shipped with DHL.

 

Pick up at location

You can pick up your order at our store in the hague. You will automatically receive an email when you can pick up your order. If you order during the week you can pick up your order the next day between 12:00 and 17:00. On sundays we are closed. If you order on Friday to pick up at our location, you can come saturday between 12:00 and 16:00. If you want to pick up your order earlier. Please contact us.  0r +31616002150.
